For economy, up to 6” aperture we recommend the SkyWatcher range.  We manufacture higher quality and longer focal length versions ourselves.  The lens is held in an adjustable cell in a correctly baffled aluminium tube (the baffles are to eliminate glancing internal reflections) which can be powder coated and which carries a suitable finder and Crayford focuser.  The tube assembly can be carried on one of the SkyWatcher equatorial heads. 

Achromats and apohhromats are available up to 10” aperture.
